Sorry for the delay, it’s been an extremely busy day, and thanks to Dell’s wonderful products and service, I am without a laptop again. Once again, never buy a dell. Tonight, however, is not about Dell. Rather tonight is about fulfilling the promise I’ve made so many times before and actually blogging about Top Chef.

Since I was younger I had a passion for food. My uncle was one of the few people to indulge this passion. He allowed me to cook with him every few months, and I learned considerably. While I’m not home as often, when I am he frequently invites me over to cook. Tonight was one of those occasions, and the menu for seven didn’t disappoint.
The Menu
Starter:
Lima bean, assorted and porcini mushroom, Swiss chard soup with sausage
It turns out that drifting was actually a fairly good plan. No less than a day later and Eliza has gotten back together with her boyfriend. I’m not going to speculate too much not knowing the cause of the break up, but distance in relationships always causes difficulties. All, as it turns out, was much ado about nothing, I am merely left slightly disappointed for no apparent reason. A good dose of Top Chef later and I’m ready to forget.
